Refund policy

Because most of our Tailwind Maps are custom made-to-order, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the situation and work toward a resolution. Approved returns must be authorized before being sent back.

Custom / special order builds may not be eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our end.

Shipping costs for returns (when approved) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
